The famous Stage Coach Steak Sauce is Kosher Certified and also good on a variety of other foods such as; chicken, pork chops, seafood, vegetables and french fries.

Use of steak sauce in the U.S. is generally limited to chopped steak, brisket, flank or shank. On finer cuts such as sirloin and short loin, use of sauces is discouraged so as not to overwhelm the natural flavor of the meat itself. However, Stage Coach Steak Sauces All Natural Ingredients compliment finer cuts and accentuate flavor in all types of meat.

Stage Coach Recipes

Stage Coach Baked Pork

1/2 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
6 medium pork chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
   Place pork chops in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover over each chop with Stage Coach Steak Sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

 

Stage Coach Meat Loaf

2/3 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs (2 slices toast)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup green peppers
    In large bowl, combine half Stage Coach Steak Sauce (save 1/2 for topping), egg, bread crumbs, onions, peppers, tomato sauce and pepper. Mix well and pat mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Pour remaining Stage Coach Steak Sauce over mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

 

Stage Coach Baked Chicken

1/4 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
3 to 4 pounds cut up chicken (skinned)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Lay chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover each chicken piece with Stage Coach Steak Sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

 

Stage Coach Shrimp and Rice Bake

1/2 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
1 1/2 pound cleaned fresh shrimp (peeled)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups cooked rice
    Sauté the shrimp, green peppers, onions and oil in a skillet until vegetables are tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until dish is thoroughly heated.

 

Stage Coach Burgers

4 tablespoons Stage Coach Steak Sauce
1 pound ground beef (may substitute ground pork or turkey)
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon pepper
    In a large bowl, combine above ingredients. Shape into patties. Bake, fry or grill until cooked to desired preference. Top with one teaspoon Stage Coach Steak Sauce after burgers is cooked.

 

Stage Coach Stuffed Peppers

1/4 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
6 medium peppers
1 pound ground beef
2 cups stewed tomatoes (or 1 pound can)
3/4 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon pepper
    Cut green peppers in half and lay out in baking dish. Brown ground beef and onions, add tomatoes, rice and pepper. Fill peppers with above mixture and top with Stage Coach Steak Sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until peppers are tender.

 

Stage Coach Baked Beans

1 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
32 ounce can of pork and beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped pepper
    Mix all ingredients and bake or place in slow cooker. (Optional: Add 4 or more hot dogs or smoked sausages, or cover with 3 or 4 slices of bacon).

 

Stage Coach Ribs in 45 Minutes

1 cup Stage Coach Steak Sauce
1 slab ribs
    Pressure cook ribs for 20 minutes or boil for 30 minutes. Place ribs in pan and pour Stage Coach Steak Sauce over the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. May be grilled.
